Simon Gagne to Tampa

The Flyers longest tenured player Simon Gagne has been traded to the Tampa Bay Lightening 30 year old defenseman Matt Walker and a 4th round pick.

Not liking this at all. Anytime you get worse is never good. I cannot understand why they did this. I could understand if they went out and got a good upcoming winger, maybe this is a one year rental? Maybe Gags comes back next year for a lot cheaper?? Man I have no clue what I do know though is that we just lost 30+ (40+ goals 2 seasons as well) goals. Its a very bitter loss here. I only hope the Flyers have something else up their sleeve.
