Phillies and the Cubs are the two hottest teams right now so something had to give right?  Well it ended up being the CUBS ACE on the mound who got slaughtered.  The Phillies looking very impressive both on the pitching mound and with their bats right now.  Also how about their record at home lately?  They ROCKED the Cubs for a score of 10-1.  Lopez came in and got the win doing a fantastic job.

Ibanez, Ruiz, Howard all went long in the game for the Phillies.  Lopez looked very good again now 2-0 being on the mound.  What a complete 180 the Phillies pitching rotation have done during this winning streak they have going.

Lets hope we can continue to keep this magic dust going.  Ill take as many wins as we can get!  LETS GO PHILLIES!!!

Tonight we face the Cubs again at 7pm.  Blanton pitches tonight so hopefully we can get a good game from him here as hes been pretty hot as of late.
