Say its not so?  I actually LOVE this signing.  Poor Kolb, shows the faith that we have in you.  Although we cannot wait for you to become a star, you have to be one right now.  And if not who better to come in than Jeff Garcia.  I really like this a lot Eagles get a great talented QB that already knows our system.  Now we don’t have to wait for Kolb to develop or for Vick to get back to “NFL FORM”  whatever with that crap… Although he will not be wearing #7 as that is Mike Vicks number, he has been assigned #9
