Vick re-reinstated by Roger

“Eagles quarterback Michael Vick will be eligible to play in Week Three against the Kansas City Chiefs at home on Sept. 27, NFL commissioner Roger Goodell said today in New York.

Goodell met with Eagles coach Andy Reid and Vick this morning for 50 minutes at the hotel where the eagles were staying in Newark. Goodell then talked to Vick advisor Tony Dungy for 45 minutes.

“He’s demonstrating he’s committed,” Goodell said. “We’re looking for a success story. At the end of the day it’s a gut check.”

Vick has done two appearances for the Humane Society. Goodell said, and expects Vick to do public service appearances in Philadelphia in the next 30 days.

According to Goodell, Vick has shown “genuine remorse,” and has taken responsibility and been accountable. “That’s a significant step,” Goodell said.”

Well figure this one out for yourself the man who had such a strong fist as of late has loosened his rope a bit here.  Allowing Mike Vick to play is huge for the Eagles and a nightmare for everyone they face.  Lets see what he can do now.  As I have said before he has a lot more to prove to me personally but I will cheer for him when hes on the grid-iron.
