Sixers up 3-1

When we were faced with a Bulls my friends looked at me as if I was CRAZY when I was excited for this matchup.  Of course I had no clue that Derrick Rose was going to very sadly tear his ACL game 1, but I did know that I would rather face 1 super-star player team then a 3-super-star player team.  Regardless of that Derrick Rose did go down with an injury in which resulted in tearing his ACL.  I never want to see any player ever get hurt esp a player as BIG as Derrick Rose, that not only hurts the Bulls but also hurts the NBA as well I pray him to get fully recovered and come back quick.  Although the competitor inside of me said wow that sucks a lot but our chance just got a lot better to win this series.  And I think it would be foolish to think that no one else thought that way and that no Bulls fan thought that their season was all but over.

But how about those Sixers.  Lets stay true here, regardless of Rose or not the Bulls still have other people besides Rose that has helped them win and get there.  They also have won quite a few games without Rose this season and showed that Rose puts them “over the top” but without him they could contend with anyone.  Now, this series is far from being over but having a 3-1 lead feels a lot better then being down 1-3 (Damn you Flyers).  The Sixers have really rose (no pun) to the occasion and played some solid offense mixed with some real good defense.   A recipe that seems to be working right now.  Heres to the hopes of game 5 being the end of this chapter the beginning of the next step.

Keep up the great job Sixers you are creating new fans and making people remember what it was like to have a great basketball team in this city as well as just hockey, baseball and football.
