After taking 3 of 4 from the Reds the Phillies decide to sweep the Pirates as well.\u00a0 Going 9 and 10 before the all-star break.<\/p>\n
I tell ya what, what a great performance here from the Phillies.\u00a0 Coming from a team that has been struggling at home this year so far I think we can finally say that the Phillies home woes are possibly over?\u00a0 At least we can hope so.\u00a0 Lets see how the Phillies continue after the break.\u00a0 But before we can go ahead and and await the next home series we have to battle through this all-star break then fly ourselves down to Florida to open up a 4 game road series against the Marlins.\u00a0 After that we go back home to face the Cubs for 3 games.\u00a0 Then we have a make up game from a rain delay against the Padres, just one game.\u00a0 Finally the next day we start a 3 game series against the Cards.\u00a0 So after this Marlin 4 game stance we have 6 straight home games.\u00a0 Should be fun!\u00a0 Lets keep on rolling here Phillies!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
