{"id":857,"date":"2009-06-23T21:10:25","date_gmt":"2009-06-24T02:10:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.homeboyznetwork.com\/?p=857"},"modified":"2009-06-23T21:10:25","modified_gmt":"2009-06-24T02:10:25","slug":"flyers-skating-onto-fenway","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.homeboyznetwork.com\/?p=857","title":{"rendered":"Flyers skating onto Fenway"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Yes there has been a lot of speculation recently that the Flyers could be playing in the upcoming 2010 Winter Classic at Fenway Park against the Bruins.I made a couple phone calls and exchanged a couple emails and I can now confirm that speculation is true.<\/p>\n<p>The Flyers will square off with the Bruins on January 1, 2010 at Fenway Park.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s an interesting story how it came to be that the Flyers were picked for this event.<\/p>\n<p>The NHL was pushing the Washington Capitals.
