This article is going to be very very short because I cannot believe how we can be such a fantastic road team but so horrible at home.\u00a0 It makes me very bitter.\u00a0 Phillies have lost back to back games to the Blue Jays while still remaining in first place in their division.\u00a0 The Blue Jays snapped a four game losing streak coming into Philly (of course right).<\/p>\n
Game 1 – Looked as if we were going to win opening up with 1 run in the top of the 1st that surely didn’t last too long.\u00a0 Hamels didn’t look too bad pitched 6 innings 7 hits 2 walk 6 k’s and 2 earned.\u00a0 The game went into extra innings with a score of 3-3.\u00a0 Condrey came in and pitched the top of the 10th and was that ever a mistake.\u00a0 Giving up 5 runs in that inning to allow the Blue Jays to take a 8-3 lead as that ended up being the final as well.<\/p>\n
Game 2 – Did not look any better AT ALL.\u00a0 Moyer got lit up like a Christmas tree while our offense could not get anything going at all.\u00a0 As we fall to an embarassing 1-7 loss.\u00a0 Thanks Jason Werth for bringing in our only run on your home run.\u00a0 Boy lets home today’s game is not rained out and we can pick up a win here!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
